Biological Activity: Potent antagonist for α 7-containing neuronal nicotinic receptors (K i = 1.4 nM). Interacts with α 4 β 2 and α 6 β 2 receptors at concentrations > 40 nM. Attenuates METH-induced neurotoxicity in mouse striatum in vivo .
