Solubility:Soluble in formic acid and sparingly soluble in methoxyethanol. Practically insoluble in benzene, chlorofrom, ether, and dilute alkali hydroxides. Very slightly soluble in acetic acid, alcohol, and dilute mineral acids.
In water, less than 0.1% at 50 deg C
Soluble in dilute ammonia, dilute aqueous sodium hydroxide, and dimethylformamide. Sparingly soluble in methanol.

Usage and dosage: oral, each 50-100mg, three times each day , can be reduced for each 50mg a week later, three times each day, take after meal ,4-6 weeks for a course of treatment, a maximum is less than 3 month.
Disable caution: heart, liver, renal insufficiency and elderly patients with caution
