Besides, it is yellow-brown solution, which was soluble in water and hazy with insoluble particles. But it is moisture sensitive and incompatible with strong oxidizing agents. In addition, this chemical should be sealed in brown glass bottle which was stored in dry place below 4 °C.

Preparation of Rizolipase: this chemical is prepared by pig pancreas. Please degrease 3 kg pig pancreas which was triturated by Chloroform and Butanol. And then you should extract it by Ethanol. Finally, please freeze drying it to get 365 g Rizolipase.

Uses of Rizolipase: it is used as enzyme preparation. And it is mainly used for producing of cheese, lipid modification and hydrolysis to prevent alteration of fat in some dairy products and chocolate. Additionally, the product is a lipase of mycete which is used for washing of clothes, industry and utensils.

When you are using this chemical, please be cautious about it as the following: it is harmful by inhalation, in contact with skin and if swallowed. You should wear suitable protective clothing and gloves to avoid contact with skin and eyes. Moreover, please do not breathe dust.
