Uses include coatings and printing inks, pigment in paint, printing ink, paper coating and wallpaper, pigment for viscose and linoleum, pigment for textile printing and leather finishes, colorant for phenolformaldehyde, vinyl and other plastics, paints and printing inks, emulsion paints and distempers, paper coating and wallpaper, mass coloration of viscose and in linoleum. Use in lacquers limited by solvent solubility and in rubber although its solubility is a disadvantage. Also used in textile printing, leather finishes and in pf, uf and vinyl plastics.
