Specification:

Salinomycin sodium salt with the cas number 55721-31-8, is also named Sodium salinomycin and Salinomycin, monosodium salt. Salinomycin sodium salt seems like white or light yellow crystalline powder, but with slight odour. It is soluble in Acetone, Trichloromethane, Benzene, Acetic ether, Diethyl [ethyl] ether and Methanol, but hardly soluble in water. Besides, it is stable in neutral or alkaline solution, and
is still activated even at high temperature of 120°C .
Salinomycin sodium salt belong to antibiotics of polyethers ionophore type. It has very strong exterminate action on gram-positive and fungi, especially for chicken coccidiosis. In addition, Salinomycin sodium salt can he growth and development of Chicken, beeves and pigs, improving the rate of increase and efficiency of feed utilization.
